To protect the safety of our customers and the individuals they serve, Primary Solutions is restricting all in-person meetings, training and other events, both at customer sites and in our building through May 1st. We have made this decision after Governor Dewine ordered all non-critical travel by state employees be postponed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus. If a training or event is scheduled, a member from our team will be reaching out to make arrangements.

Training & Event Alternative Accommodations

We do have the capability to support training and meetings, remotely, over the phone and in a web-based environment and will be using this method as appropriate. Events that cannot be accommodated will be postponed.

On-Going Monitoring
Our team will be monitoring this closely and making arrangements for events scheduled after May 1st, as that date approaches.

During this unprecedented time of crisis, I write to you to let you know that we stand with you. From across the intellectual and developmental disability community in Ohio, we are hearing stories of committed DSP’s, innovative service models, community supply drives, county board and provider partnerships and more. We are in awe of your dedication, creativity and resolve during this time and have a deep understanding of the circumstances you are facing.

As you know, we moved our operations to a virtual environment last week, so that we could continue to serve you. We have also met several specialized requests in partnership with customers and will continue to do so, as we are able. If you find you are in need, please reach out.
